These terms apply when you buy or use any programme from Rajeshwar Transformation Hub (“we”, “us”), including the Holistic Success Blueprint. By enrolling you agree to them.
What you are buying
The Holistic Success Blueprint is an online course delivered through our course platform. Enrolment at the current price includes:
- All recorded modules and accompanying materials, with lifetime access.
- Three months of weekly live group implementation calls from the date of your enrolment.
“Lifetime access” means for as long as we continue to operate the programme. If we ever have to retire it, we will give members reasonable notice and the opportunity to download their materials.
Access and delivery
Access is granted as soon as your payment is confirmed. Your login details are sent to the email address you provide at checkout, so please make sure it is correct. Your account is for you personally and must not be shared.
Payment
Prices are shown on the relevant programme page and are payable in full at the time of purchase. Payment is handled by our checkout provider and its payment processors; we do not see or store your card details.
Refunds
The Holistic Success Blueprint carries a 30-day money-back guarantee. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
The live calls
Live calls are group sessions held online. Timings are shared with members and may change from time to time; where a session has to move we will give notice. Sessions are recorded and added to your account so you can watch them back if you cannot attend live. By joining a call you accept that it is being recorded. We ask all members to treat one another and anything shared on a call with respect and confidence.
Our content
All course videos, worksheets, frameworks and other materials remain our intellectual property. You may use them for your own personal development. You may not copy, resell, republish, share your login, or use the material to run your own training without our written permission.
What this programme is and is not
Our programmes are educational and developmental. They give you frameworks and exercises to apply to your own life. They are not financial, legal, medical or psychological advice, and they are not a substitute for a qualified professional. We do not promise any particular result. What you get out of the programme depends on your own circumstances and the work you put in.
Suspending access
We may suspend or withdraw access, without a refund, if an account is shared, if our material is redistributed, or if a member behaves abusively toward Rajeshwar or other members.
Changes
We may improve or update course content over time. We may also update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will not be applied retrospectively to a purchase you have already made.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
